Terms of Service
1. The service
WhatsFormWiz lets you build web forms and generates a pre-filled WhatsApp message from the answers. We do not send messages on your behalf or on a respondent's behalf: the respondent's own WhatsApp opens with the message prepared, and they choose whether to send it.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access to it.
3. Your forms and your respondents
You decide what your forms ask. You are the controller of the answers you collect, and you're responsible for having a lawful basis to collect them, for telling respondents what you'll do with their information, and for complying with the privacy laws that apply to you. Don't use WhatsFormWiz to collect payment card details, government identifiers, or health information.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use the service to send unsolicited bulk messages, to impersonate another person or business, to collect data deceptively, or to break any law that applies to you. We may suspend accounts that do.
5. Plans and billing
Plan limits are described on the pricing page. In this build no payment processor is connected: Premium access is granted manually and nothing charges a card.
6. Availability
We work to keep the service running but don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service is provided "as is", without warranties, to the extent the law allows.
7. Ending the agreement
You may delete your forms and stop using the service at any time. We may end or suspend access if these terms are broken.
8. Trademarks
WhatsApp is a trademark of its respective owner. WhatsFormWiz is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to WhatsApp or Meta.
