About WhatsFormWiz

Small businesses run on WhatsApp. Their intake process shouldn't be a guessing game.

The problem we started with

A caterer, a physio, a photographer, a tutor — for most of them the first contact from a customer is a WhatsApp message that says "hi, how much?". What follows is six or seven messages to establish the date, the headcount, the location and the budget. Multiply that by thirty enquiries a week and it's a part-time job.

What we built instead

One link that asks the right questions, a few at a time, on the phone the person is already holding. When they finish, WhatsApp opens with the answers already written out as a clean message addressed to the business. They press send. The business gets a chat that starts with everything it needed to know.

Why the customer presses send

It would be technically possible to deliver messages through the WhatsApp Business API, but that means an application process, approved message templates, per-conversation pricing, and a phone number that behaves differently from the one already printed on the van. Handing the finished message to the customer's own WhatsApp avoids all of it — and it means the business receives a real chat from a real number, which is where the conversation was going to continue anyway.

What we don't do

We don't read anyone's WhatsApp, we can't see whether a message was delivered, and we don't send anything on a customer's behalf. WhatsFormWiz stores the answers so nothing gets lost, formats them, and gets out of the way.
